Let me help you with deleting recurring payments in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Go to the Recurring Transactions window.
- Click the dropdown button beside the Edit link in the Action column.
- Select Delete, then Yes to complete the action.
You can also follow these steps if you only want to stop the recurring payments temporarily:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click Recurring Transactions.
- From the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
- In the Type dropdown arrow, click Unschedule.
- Click Save template
You can edit a recurring template if you need to update your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
