How can I delete a recurring payment in Quickbooks

This resident died and his family keeps getting the recurring payment. Ive tried to delete, even changed the ladies email. Any information on how to do this for good would be appreciated.

How can I delete a recurring payment in Quickbooks

Let me help you with  deleting recurring payments in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Recurring Transactions window.
  2. Click the dropdown button beside the Edit link in the Action column.
  3. Select Delete, then Yes to complete the action.

 

You can also follow these steps if you only want to stop the recurring payments temporarily:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
  4. In the Type dropdown arrow, click Unschedule.
  5. Click Save template

 

You can edit a recurring template if you need to update your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
