Buy nowHello, pechols. I will share some insights into updating online payments in QuickBooks for multiple invoices in bulk.
When invoices are imported, the online payment feature is automatically disabled. Each must be edited individually.
Updating them in a batch is a great way to save time when performing the task in QBO. You can send this suggestion to our developers, who may consider including it in future product updates.
Send your feedback within your QuickBooks Online company file:
Our Product Development team will use your suggestion to enhance your QBO experience.
I'm also adding an article to learn more about online invoices in QBO: What to do if your customers can't pay their invoices online.
Let me know if you have other online payment concerns or questions about managing invoices in QBO. I'll gladly help.

It looks like you are going to tell me how to do it. But actually you are saying it cannot be done?
If I have missed the steps, how to enable online payments in uploads. OR how to edit as a batch, please let me know.
Otherwise, a more accurate answer is that this is a defect in Quickbooks online, that really should be fixed, but until the developers do something about it, we are stuck with it. Is that about right?
Thanks for getting back to us, pechols.
I'll share more details about editing online payments in multiple invoices in a batch issue.
I've already updated my response above that you can only change the invoices one at a time.
You might want to read this article to find out how long it takes to receive customer payments in your bank account after you process them: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Not being able to mass update the Online Payments options is a big roadblock for my company. We import our invoices, and then it takes us about 12 working hours to update each invoice one by one. Can it please be added to the import tool to enable Online Payments [Card + Bank Transfer] as part of the import invoices process???
We can imagine how you feel knowing that this kind of issue you're facing right now, Christopher is a limitation in migration. Let us give you some details about the issue.

@Fiat Lux - ASIA Is that for QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online? We're using Online and tried a test import with the below variables with all cells "Y", but online payments were still not enabled.
AllowIPNPayment
AllowOnlineCreditCardPayment
AllowOnlineACHPayment
They provide different tools for QB Desktop and QB Online. You can't use the template for QB Desktop on QB Online. You can delete transactions before importing new transactions to replace them. Another option, use the exporter tool to get the template of your invoice before modify and import it. You can also use a backup restore app to lower any risks.

Quick books understands the importance, but does nothing about it. Probably because this feature -- turning off a users default settings when importing invoices -- was set that way on purpose. No idea what the purpose might have been though.
