Thank you for your prompt response. I have tried using a different browser but I'm still having the same issue. The challenge I'm having is that I can't select the main class as the main classes are not coming up when I go to Sub-class.
Could this be a server issue? I have also checked, and No settings were changed from our QuickBooks.

Thank you Very much. I have tried the options suggested but the Main class is still the same. will go ahead and contact customer service. I would appreciate it if you could help with Customer care direct contact because I have been redirected to wrongly in the past and haven't gotten the required assistance.
