Thanks for actively responding, @waynerichardwhee. At the moment, you can only mark an invoice as paid when you received the invoice payment. As a workaround, you can add notes as delivered or fulfilled in the Memo field.
Since we're unable to track delivered orders in QuickBooks Online (QBO) at this time, I'd suggest you search for third-party apps that work well with QBO. We have a variety of listings to choose from. Here's how:

I'm using Quickbooks online and apparently it doesn't have all the features. Plus, it's for an online store and aftter marking it paid, don't know where to mark delivered or fulfilled.

Thank you to you both for getting back to me. Ok, well at least I'm not missing something, it is just a limitation. I will take your advice and have a look at what Apps are available. At the moment we are still using an Excel Spreadsheet and it would be great to get something that can integrate with Quickbooks. Cheers
