To make multiple recurring transactions, you'll have to create a single template for a specific customer.
Here are the steps:
Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
Under Lists, click Recurring Transactions.
Click the New button.
- Select the Transaction Type, and click OK.
- Enter a Template name and select the Type from the drop-down list.
- Choose a customer or project, then enter the email address.
- Enter the Interval and the product/service information.
- Click Save Template.
Once done, you can then start duplicating the first template and change the Template name by following these steps:
- From the Recurring Transactions page, click the arrow next to the Edit link of the first template you created.
- Choose Duplicate.
- Change the Template Name and other details.
- Click Save Template.
