How can I open a new firm

What do you mean with "a new firm"? A new QBO account or else?

in my subscription plan i can open two firms. i need now to create a new company . how can i do this? it should be for free since it is under my plan thx

To create a new company, you'll need to sign up for a separate QuickBooks Online account subscription for each company file.

To add another company to your email address, log in to your existing company account while creating a new account and click Add another company.

Here's how:

1.  Visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want for this new company.
   1. Choose the plan you'd like to have.
   2. On the Sign-in page that appears, enter your email address.
   3. Click the Create a new company button. 
   4. Follow the prompts to finish creating the account.

i know all these steps. but they asked for credit card details as a separate transaction. for instance in my subscription i have the right to open for free up to 2 firms, 

i cant have support online. it is very hard to reach the team!!!!

QB Online or QB Desktop? One QBO account is for one company file. You can use QB Desktop to manage multi company files.

i know all these steps. but they asked me to enter credit card details as it is another and additional monthly fees. and within my subscription i am allowed to open another firm. it is very difficult to reach the support team. and no direct support.
