How can I pick specific customers for a contact list. There are no searchable attributes that will give me a list of the customers I need.

How can I pick specific customers for a contact list. There are no searchable attributes that will give me a list of the customers I need.

I understand that managing multiple customers can be time-consuming, and finding specific contacts should also be easy with the search function. 

 

While there are no particular attributes that you can use to look for specific customers, you can use a combination of nameaddress, and phone number to utilize the Search field. For example, you can type "John 2600 Marine Way" to find John's contact details.

 

On the other hand, you can also export customer data if you want a more specific or the capability to customize information. Here's an article you can use as a reference: Export customer data to Excel.

Thats too bad. This needs attention. The reporting features should be much more customer friendly, starting with using the sales rep as a trackable customer attribute.
