How can I pick specific customers for a contact list. There are no searchable attributes that will give me a list of the customers I need.

While there are no particular attributes that you can use to look for specific customers, you can use a combination of name, address, and phone number to utilize the Search field. For example, you can type "John 2600 Marine Way" to find John's contact details.

Thats too bad. This needs attention. The reporting features should be much more customer friendly, starting with using the sales rep as a trackable customer attribute.
