You can print or export your journal entry by clicking the print and export icon located in the upper right corner of your Journal Entry Report, Mark.
Printing a journal entry report provides detailed information about specific transactions, which can be helpful for financial analysis and decision-making. It can help in understanding trends and making informed business decisions.
- Open the Reports tab and click type the report name here in the search box.
- In the Journal Entry Report, look at the top right corner for the print and export buttons.

Moving on to the name field that appears to be blank in the Journal report is a system default setting. As a workaround, once you export the report to Excel, you can manually enter the information into the name field. It will allow you to customize the report further according to your needs.
On top of that, you can reverse or delete a journal entry to correct or update it. If you created the entry incorrectly, ensure that all entries reflect true and accurate information.
