How can I remove a collection agency email? We contacted an agency and they have somehow attached themselves to quickbooks without permission.

Well it seems like now that the agency had the info to begin with they are not letting it go. They are sending me some verbiage so we can collect the fees on any delinquent accounts. Better to get 2/3 than none at all I suppose. thank you.
