Want to speak to someone for the third time.. I did not get an email of in review!

As I've typed 4 times now... I did not receive an email. I would like to resolve what's going on

I also want my issue address as soon as possible, and I expect fulfilled promises when the support tells me I'll receive an email documentation. 

 

That said, I can help you out with the issues you have in the Community space. 

 

What email are you referring to? Also, can you tell me more about the problem you're encountering? More details would definitely help me address your concerns. 

 

However if you need to reach out to our agents for the email, you can reach out to them through chat instead. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu, then choose Talk to a human from the list of options.
  2. When asked, enter "follow-up about the email" or similar.
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Proceed with the Contact us link.
  5. Choose Send a message
