How can I run a Customer List that includes ALL projects?

Hi there, @lamittman. Thanks for reaching out.

I'm here to help you run a customer list that will include all associated projects. It's super easy and takes only a moment. Check it out:

  1. Go to Sales, then Customers.

  2. On the Customers screen, click the small Gear icon at the top of the list and choose Include projects.
  3. Hit the Export icon. This will export the list to an Excel file of which you can open and view.

That's it! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to be of assistance. Cheers to a safe and productive week ahead!

How can I run a Customer List that includes ALL projects?

Thank you for the info, but, the Project Ship To address does not show!  Is there any way to include that?

We work with General Contractors and each project has it's own name, address, city, state, zip.  Is there a way to print out that list?

Joining to this thread to share additional details about projects, lamittman.

First of all, please remove the pdf file you attached for security purposes. This file contains sensitive information and we don't want to expose this to everyone.

With regards to the address, there isn't a field where we can enter a project address. QuickBooks Online uses the address you entered on the customer's profile.

What I can suggest is to record it on the notes field on your customer profile. That way, you'll see the ship to address when exporting it to Excel. Go to the Customers menu and click Customers tab. Select the customer, click on Edit and enter the address on the Notes. Once done, follow again the steps shared by Michael K.

I can also send feedback to our developers so we can enter addresses on the Project. I'd like to share this guide on how to track income, costs, and profitability by project.

I'll always be here if you need further assistance. Wishing you all the best!
