How can I search for an estimate by description?

The only way I can determine which estimate is which is by the amount and date. I need a description or product name.

How can I search for an estimate by description?

We can search for your estimate using its product name or description in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to help you locate them with ease, Rkoldenhove.

 

Let's filter your search bar to access your transactions efficiently. Refer to the steps below:

 

  1. Select the search icon and click on Go to transactions search at the bottom.
  2. Under Transaction Type, select Estimate.
  3. Click on More Filters at the left side of the page
  4. Enter the description or select the product under Product and services.
  5. Close your More Filters tab, and your desired estimates will show.
