Sometimes, when a situation like this arises with the deny to share message, it may be that the user's permissions or role don't allow them to share a custom report. You would then need admin credentials to make any changes to the user profile.
- Log in as admin.
- Go to Settings and select Account and Settings
- From there, go to Manage Users, then check the employee's role.
- Make the necessary changes to allow the user to view and share custom reports.
- Go back to the report and share the custom report.
