Join nowopen 2013, use the menu file>utilities>export>lists to iif
then in 2020 use the same menu tree but import
You may export and import Lists data using the default feature
go to menu File > Utilities > Export > Lists to IIF Files
But you will need the exporter/importer tool for transactions data

You can export the customer's list through the Utilities menu in QuickBooks Desktop 2013.
Here's how:
Once done, import the list into your QuickBooks Desktop 2020. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Export lists from the old company file into a new data file. Then, go to Step 3: Import the list section.
