How can I turn OFF online payments? Right now, I have to deselect the payment method for each invoice.

You can do it by removing the payment links on the invoice you’re about to send to your customers.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon then select Account and Settings.
2. On the Payments tab, select Payment Methods.
3. Remove the credit card or ACH, you can also uncheck the credit card or ACH options when creating the invoice.

To completely remove the online payment links from your invoices via the Merchants Services Center. I’d recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team.
