I have manually reconciled Jan & Feb 2022 bank accounts where I found numerous mistakes by the individual who completed them in QB in March 2022. Unfortunately, this individual or I don't have a way to undo the reconciliations in order for me to make the necessary corrections. Is there a way or someone I can speak to where this can be done? I only have the option to "Print" under the action link. I've did research and I should have an option to "Undo" but I don't.
Hello, KJONESVNB.
Thank you for reaching out to the community, and I appreciate the screenshot you've shared with us. The Undo feature needs to be done for an accountant who use QuickBooks Accountant. If you have an accountant, I suggest inviting your accountant to your company and allowing them undo the reconciliation period at once.
However, If you don't have one. You need to undo the reconciled transaction manually one at time by going to the register. I'll show you how to do it:
For more details, You can use this article for reference: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
Once completed, you can begin the reconciliation procedure again by following the instructions and video provided in this article: Reconcile your accounts.

I'm the accountant and I work for the company. We currently only have the QB online version. Are you stating we will need the QB Accountant version in order to undo a entire reconciliation?
