However, you can manually enter your General Ledger accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Make sure to turn on the class tracking feature to track your income and expenses by section.
Here are the steps to manually enter it:
Since Income and Expense accounts are based on transactions like checks, bills, or invoices, we're unable to enter opening balances on them.
For the Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). You can do lump sum invoices and bills since these are from your vendor and customer balances to get the values.
Hence, you only have the ledger data, I recommend referring to your accountant as well.
