I'd be glad to share steps on how you can look for sales receipts that are a year older. Here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the All Sales tab.
- Click the drop-down list for Filter.
- Select Sales Receipts under Type, change the date to Last Year or enter the dates in the From and To dates in the Date field.
- Choose the name of the customer in the drop-down list for Customer.
- Click Apply.
Aside from that, you can also run a Transaction List by Customer report. This will give you not only sales receipts, but also all types of transactions made for the customer that are arranged chronologically. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu and look for Transaction List by Customer in the Search bar.
- Select a date in the Report period.
- Click Run report.
