You can find all your estimates from the Sales menu. These instructions will ensure your success:
Once your customer decided how he/she would want to continue with the work, you can update its status. For the detailed steps, refer to this article: Create and send estimates.
You can also set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online. It allows you split an estimate into as many invoices as you need.

Hello, I need the exact opposite of the original poster, we can't view any estimates on our mobile devices created that are currently in QB desktop. Is this possible or am I confused?
