How can I view all open estimates? I know how to view them on my phone but I can't find them all on the website.

You've come to the right place, @tug-technologysu. I'll show you how to find your pending estimates on the website.

You can find all your estimates from the Sales menu. These instructions will ensure your success:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select the All Sales tab.
3. Choose the first tile. It will show all your open estimates.
   
4. You can also utilize the Filter tool to find the transactions you're looking for. 
5. From the Type drop-down, select Estimates.
6. Click Apply.

Once your customer decided how he/she would want to continue with the work, you can update its status. For the detailed steps, refer to this article: Create and send estimates.

You can also set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online. It allows you split an estimate into as many invoices as you need.

Hello, I need the exact opposite of the original poster, we can't view any estimates on our mobile devices created that are currently in QB desktop. Is this possible or am I confused?
