How can you capture contractor hours and/or rates in QBO rather than having to manually enter this data to process individual checks manually.

I'm here to help you capture contractor's hours or rates automatically, carl-texasspi-co.

 

In QuickBooks Online, we use Time tracking to track and bill customers for the number of hours consumed in a project or activity.

 

For your contractor, you can look for a third-party application, such as Hour Timesheet, that can collect their attendance. Feel free to visit the QuickBooks Apps store and look for other apps that are already integrated with us.

 

Once you select an app, you can then contact their support for assistance on how to link it to QuickBooks. You can find their contact details on the right side of the page. See the attached screenshot below for Hour Timesheet contact info.
