How could I go back and view scanned receipts? Could I copy these from quick books online into a thumb drive?

Hello there, @chavezscorp.

I'm here to help walk you through viewing and saving your scanned receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Choose All Sales.
  3. Locate the transaction whose attached receipts you want to save a copy.
  4. Go to the column where you can see a Paper Clip icon.
  5. Click on the attached receipt to view.
  6. Right click on the image of your receipts.
  7. Choose Save image.

Once complete, check the downloaded file in your Downloads folder. You can now transfer the receipt to your thumb drive.

That should do it! This should get you going in keeping a back-up copy of your scanned receipts.

How could I go back and view scanned receipts? Could I copy these from quick books online into a thumb drive?

I have no sales, no invoices.  I have scanned all my receipts into QB mobile and identified them in QB, but now I need to go back and review all of the.  How do I see them?

I have scanned all of our receipts (expenses). We have no sales to record.  All of the receipts were identified and classified when entered, but no we need to go back and review them.  How can I access the scans?

Hello dear, fgolden1.

You can review the receipts in the Receipt tab. For the detailed steps, you can refer to this article: Manage your receipts in the Receipts tab.

Get back here if you have more something to ask about QuickBooks. Take care!

The receipts were matched, but now I need to see the scan.  The article does not help, not does anything else I have found on this site. I really need to review the scans.

Hi there, @fgolden1.

Thanks for reaching out to Community. I'm happy to assist with reviewing the scans.

As mentioned by my colleagues above, to review your scans, you would need to see the reviewed tab. The reviewed tab is for receipts that have already been scanned into the company. Below I have included a screenshot of the reviewed tab for visual preference.

The image of the receipt will be under the Receipt column. To get to the reviewed tab:

  1. Click on the Banking menu.
  2. Choose Receipts.
  3. Select Reviewed.

If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out anytime. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Take care!
