How do I access the cloud - I have quickbooks online and need to retrieve my 2019 entries?

Let me help you retrieving your 2019 entries in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

First, you'll need to check if you use the correct login credentials in signing in to your QuickBooks Online account. Once you've logged in successfully, you can run the report and check the 2019 entries.

 

If you use the correct login credentials in your QuickBooks Online account and the entries are not showing, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your email address on how many accounts you have under that email.

 

Let me walk you through the steps on how to contact our QuickBooks Support.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu from the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter "Contact Support" in the message field.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact Us button in the reply.
  5. Type your concern in the box, then hit the Continue button.
  6. Choose either Send a message or Get a callback option.
  7. Fill out the necessary fields.
  8. Click Submit or Confirm my call.

 

Note: The support hours of Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. And, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.
