How do I add a monthly fee to customer information that will be visible while creating invoices.

Hi there, @terraverdelcs.

For now, adding a monthly fee to customer information is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can also add specific info for your customers such as an address, tax info, payment and billing, email, phone number, and other details that are included in the Customer information window.

However, you can create a service item for the Lawn Service. Then, add it to your line item once you create an invoice. This way, you can your customer's monthly fee. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the Products and services tab.
  2. Select New and choose Service.
  3. Add a name, then from the Category ▼ drop-down list, choose the category that best describes your product or service.
  4. Enter an amount in the Sales price/rate field.
  5. Select the Income account ▼ drop-down menu and the account you want to use to track the sale.
  6. Click Save and Close.

Once done, you can now create an invoice and manually add the service item on the second line.
