How do I add multiple Email addresses to my Customer Contact info? I separate them using a comma, however, the Email Field will now only allow 100 characters.

I have a Customer with a very long domain name. They request that Invoices are distributed to three different emails within their domain. This requires me to use 107-characters. The Email Field inside of the Customers Info will only allow me 100-characters. This limitation is hindering.

I can tell that the character limitations have been a bit challenging for you, reid. I'll share a workaround to achieve your goal.

QuickBooks is committed to enhancing the user experience, and having more than 100 characters available in the Email Field in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is helpful. It'd be great to share this feedback with our product developer so they can review the said option and might consider it in the next enhancement.

Please know that changes also depend on the level of popularity of a particular feature request. Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit.

Currently, you can include the extra email as Cc or Bcc when sending an invoice to the customer as a workaround.

Furthermore, you can personalize the appearance and content of sales forms in QBO.

You can mention my name in the Community space if you have more questions other than character limitations. I am excited to help you again.
