How do I add our new CFO to online bill pay

Our new CFO needs full access to QBO online bill pay - not BILL.COM - I was able to add him as an admin for QBO online bill pay but that does not give him access to also approve and make payments

It's great to see you back in the Community. I can help you add your new CFO to Online Bill Pay. 

 

Depending on if your CFO is going to be under the accountant or admin user section, here's some information you need to know: 

 

Accountants:

 

Can use the Online Bill Pay feature on behalf of their clients if they are also invited as an admin user on the account. Each user will need to go through the sign-up process in order to use the service. 

 

Admin Users:

 

Have the ability to use the Bill Pay feature. Each administrator needs to go through the identity verification process to use the service.
