Accountants:
Can use the Online Bill Pay feature on behalf of their clients if they are also invited as an admin user on the account. Each user will need to go through the sign-up process in order to use the service.
Admin Users:
Have the ability to use the Bill Pay feature. Each administrator needs to go through the identity verification process to use the service.
