HOW DO I ADD P.O # TO AN INVOICE?

HOW DO I ADD P.O # TO AN INVOICE?

SO I clearly see I am not alone in being a small simple business who needs to put a PO # on an Invoice. I have a blanket PO for the year so I just added in the Bill to section of the customer where it says Country. I put the PO # xxxxx and then it shows up below the address in the bill to section. 

This looks good to me and seems obvious enough for the customer.

You can't add custom fields like PO# or Job Description as an example WITHOUT paying more money to Quickbooks. Period.

 

Quickbooks doesn't care!

 

You must pay for all the other unused features JUST to add a simple box for your invoices.

 

Look to other accounting software to get this option available.
