Yes, this is how it used to work. But after the recent QB update, any blank lines are removed from invoices when they are formatted and sent to customers.
I can space my invoices to look as I would like, but for some reason QB now reformats my invoice when sending. It's very frustrating. Is there a way to stop this reformatting process?

Could you share which update release of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) you have @napiersprinkler, as there's a new update or the latest release available? We'd like to inform you that most issues are addressed by simply updating your QBDT to the latest release.
