You can create a service item, so you can apply the dealer's commission to an invoice. I'll show you how:
- Go to the Sales menu then select the Products and services tab.
- Select New.
- Choose Service.
- Enter the new product or service information then select Save and close. (Note: When adding non-inventory items and services, check the I sell this product/service to my customers box to make these items and services show up when creating invoices and bills.)
Once done, you can now create an invoice. Here's how:
- Go to the + New button.
- Select Invoice.
- In the Product/Service drop-down list, choose the service item created then fill out the necessary details.
- Select Save and Send.
