This only changes the subscriptions owners email....I want to change the vendors email? How do you do that?

You are wrong. VERY WRONG. I've done that multiple times. I am trying to change in PAY BILLS ON LINE. The vendor email you are listing is NOT for that. I've changed it. It does not change it in bill pay. It does seem the most logical. I have called QB 3-4 times, I have called bill pay. Worthless. No one can answer this question.
Then I went into using "pay bills on line" and AS I AM Paying...... BEFORE I hit send payment there is an edit button. I clicked it and changed the email notice this payment was being sent to. I just did it. I am waiting verification the correct email got it. If this did not work there is no other fix, unless I delete the entire vendor from bill pay and reenter as a new one.
I am not positive this has worked as the vendor has has not gotten back to me (it takes 2 days for them to get fund) BUT THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IT HAS OFFERED TO EVEN CHANGE IT.
Work arounds....Quickbooks online.
