How do I change template page size?

Hello and thank you in advance.

I got a new computer and install my Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop edition on the new computer. I restored a backup copy of my company file. everything works fine, except.......

I had to print an invoice and the invoice is all messed up and tells me margins are outside the paper size.  From looking at the template, it seems to be 4" x 6" in size, when on the other computer the page was 8 1/2" x 11" and displayed and printed perfectly.

I have run verify company file, I even rebuilt the company file. But the template is all messed up. How do I change the size of the template from 4 x 6 to 8 1/2 to 11?  I am at a loss.

I even reopened the original company file on the old computer and the template displays and prints fine. It is just messed up on the new computer.

I also tried to print other reports like P&L, inventory, etc and got a message that says,  "REPORT CAN'T FIT ON PRINTED PAGE."  Then I click OK

and get this message:

Intuit PrinterLibrary

The report you are printing will be blank because there was no data to report on. Try adjusting the parameter of the report or changing or removing report filters.

I see data to print, there are no filters set. The report is just a P&L.

Seems everything is messed up.

Why would I not be able to print any reports and that invoice issue I mentioned above.

Any ideas?
