How do i change what auto populates into nema to display on checks? Right now it is the display name. I want it to be the company name.

QuickBooks Online automatically uses display names on checks, but there's a workaround to show the company name instead. Let me guide you on how:

1. Head to the Expenses or Sales menu.
2. Click on the Vendors or Customers tab.
3. Find and choose the appropriate name.
4. Select the Edit button, then go to the Name and contact section.
5. Enter the company name on the Name to print on checks field.
6. Hit Save to complete the process.

Hi.  I was referring to clients, not vendors.  And yes, I can change it on every single client but I was hoping there was a way to change it for all clients.  Thanks.

QuickBooks doesn't allow changing your client's name to a company name to all your transactions. You can edit each customer's profile of your client. Please note this would still show your client and company name.

1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit.
