Hello, ygb-nesjewelry-c.
I'll take this opportunity to help you out in converting those sales orders to invoices.
QuickBooks Online doesn't have sales orders but it does have estimates. When you open those "sales orders" in QuickBooks, do they come up as an estimate form?
In this case, we'll want to open those estimates and then convert them to an invoice. Simply click on the Create invoice button on the estimate form.
I should also point out that estimates are non-posting transactions, so they don't affect your books. When you convert them to an invoice, they don't disappear. They are just marked as Closed while being linked to the invoice.
If that isn't the case, we may not have the option to convert those sales orders to invoices (if they don't come up as an estimate form). Though, we would want to disconnect your Amazon Seller Account and check the settings for your connector app.
There is likely a setting that we missed that caused those entries to come over as sales orders. We can reconnect the account after tweaking the settings.
If you need help with this, I would also recommend contacting Amazon Seller Support for the steps and details.
After fixing the issue and converting those entries to the correct form, do you need help checking your sales summary within QuickBooks?
We can run a few reports to achieve this. Take a look at this guide for more details: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have more questions about managing your order entries in QuickBooks. I'll also hear you out if you have other concerns about reports and other areas in the program.
