Welcome to the Community, ProOp910. Let me help you run a balance sheet report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can generate a balance sheet report by going to the Reports tab. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online and go to Reports.
  2. Click Standard reports and select Balance Sheet to view the report.

  3. From there, you can see the different amounts of transactions on your balance sheet.

  4. You can customize the Report period, Columns, and Accounting method according to your preferences.
