I've got the steps on how to show all group Tag in the Profit and Loss by Tag report.
Here's how:
Once done customizing, you can memorize the report in QuickBooks Online. This helps you to save the current customized settings. Then, set a schedule and email information for the memorized report.

I want to make sure you're able to view the Profit and Loss by Tag Group Report in your QuickBooks Online account.
As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend first clearing the browser cache. The cache is used to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Clearing it will remove anything that is preventing the report to load. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:
1. At the top right, click More.
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Select Clear data.
