I'd be glad to share some details about deleting a client from QuickBooks Online.
We can inactivate the client's profile to remove them from the active Customers or Clients list. Here's how:
I should also mention that inactivating the client won't completely remove them from QuickBooks. Currently, we're unable to completely delete them from the system.
If only some details were entered incorrectly on the client's profile, we can edit the information instead of inactivating them. Simply open the client's profile, then click the Edit button.
