You can utilize the Find feature in your QuickBooks Desktop to show all your previous estimates by item. Let me guide you through the steps.
- Go to the Edit menu, then select Find.

- Select the Advanced tab in the Find window.
- Under the Filter section, select Transaction Type and choose Estimate from the drop-down.

- Then, go back to the Filter section and choose Item.
- In the Items drop-down, select the appropriate item you want to show.
- Click Find.

Once done, you'll now see all the estimates made for the item selected. You can repeat steps 4 to 6 for the other item.
