How do I find prior credit memos?

Great to see you here in the Community space, @allan-bebird-out. I'll make sure you can find your prior credit memos in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, we can locate prior credit memos by running the Transaction List by Customer report. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports. 
2. In the search bar, type Transaction List by Customer.
3. Choose the correct Report period.
4. Click the Customize button, then select the Filter drop-down.
5. Under Transaction Type, choose Credit Memo.
6. Click Run report.
