We're unable to email journal entries to accountants from QuickBooks Online. You'll want to add the accountant as a user in QBO so they can log in review transactions in your account. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.
2. Proceed to the Accounting firms tab.
3. Click Invite.
4. Complete the required fields and click Save.

There's also a Journal Report in case you want to review the journal entries that you've created in your account. Just go to the Reports menu and look for Journal.
