I'm having the same problem. Last year, the 1099 Information Sheet had payer and recipient information, and address, and the EIN/SSN was not masked. This year, Quickbooks has decided to mask it thus interfering with users ability to do the work we have very little time to do. There are a variety of reasons QBO users may not be using QBO to file 1099's. They should not make it so difficult to retrieve this information in an easy to locate, efficient process. Please restore the ability to run the report with unmasked EIN/SSN.
