Hello there, jess. I understand the importance of getting your funds deposited in your account successfully. Let's go ahead and figure out the reason why it's happening on your end.
QuickBooks processes your payments depending on your deposit speed. With that, I recommend checking the current deposit speed you have first. Here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Account and Settings.
- Click on the Payments tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Deposit Speed section.

- Review your deposit speed.
If you are a new user of QuickBooks Payments, please note that your ACH payments may take a little longer to process during the first month. You can read through this article for more details: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
On the other hand, if you're expecting to get your payments deposited in your account already, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Team to review your account and the status of your transactions. Here's how:
- Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
- In the Search tab, click Contact us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern.
- Click Continue.

Know that you can always post in the Community if you have other questions, especially about QuickBooks Payments.
