I dont have the "pay bills online" option, only "pay bills".
This did not work as I dont have the "pay bills online" option. I have tried to respond to this several times but it doesn't seem to take.

So I have to sign up for online bill pay to then be able to cancel online bill pay?!? Is that correct or did you not read my question?

If you have to sign up for online bill pay, this would indicate that you don't have online bill pay, or you may have a different account associate with those charges. For this situation, I recommend that you contact our Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account, review all your billing information and history, and make changes to cancel any account. Here's how:
