Management reports created by your company's administrators are restricted and can't be accessed by other users, krisandbill.
Only the user who created the Management report can access the report. For the users, they can see the reports in lists from the Custom reports column.
To share it, you have the option to send the report/s through email or exporting them as PDF or DOCX.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Management reports.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the report you wish to share.
- Choose Send or Export as PDF or DOCX.
