How do I group my billable time entries on the new invoice layout?

Hey @Anna S1 just in case you missed it, the response you received from the Quickbooks representative is that they are fully aware that they REMOVED A VITAL FUNCTION from the product while they simultaneously raised prices. It's unknown when you will get this function back, so in the meantime... spend your own time, and therefore money, to figure it out.

 

I find this type of response from a very expensive company to be wholly unacceptable. Quickbooks has made these types of horrible choices more and more frequently over the past year leaving many customers in positions where we are spending more time to do our work and paying more and more for the privilege to do so. I and my team have made sure to recommend that employers move away from Quickbooks and Intuit as soon as possible to less expensive and better functioning software. These recommendations have proven to pay off every time.

 

And so, I recommend you do the same @Anna S1 . I hope you are able to migrate away from Quickbooks as soon as possible and experience the benefits.

Hi - Following this discussion.  I have the same problem in QB Desktop - was the same change made there?  This thread has convinced me not to switch to QBO, which I was resisting because it already lacked a lot of features I need to bill professional services.
