Join nowHey there, @lisa91.
I'm here to help.
I just need to gather some additional information on the issue.
Are you trying to run a customer list report, or are you referring to the list of customers that appears in the Sales tab?
If you're trying to customize your report here's an article that goes into detail about how to do so: Customize your reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be waiting for your response, thank you for reaching out to the Community.
Hi.
I am referring to the display that appears in the Sales tab.
Thanks for clarifying your concern, @lisa91.
This issue might stem from the browser itself. There are times that too much cache files stored in the browser can cause an unexpected behavior in the product. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this.
First, let's use a private window and sign in your account in QuickBooks. This won't save any activity in the browser. Let's press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome), Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer) and Control + Option + P (Safari) to access this mode.
If you're able to alter your preferences, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
You can also use this link to check if your browser is compatible with QuickBooks: Fixit.intuit.com.
Let me know how it goes in the comment section. If you need additional assistance in doing your task with QBO, don't hesitate to visit us back. We'll be happy to help.
