Hi there, @irene-salib-mssm. The instructions I'm including below will help you create multiple invoices from an estimate.
In QuickBooks Online, we can split an estimate into as many invoices as you need for one customer only. Make sure the Progress Invoicing feature is enabled in your settings.

Then, create a progress invoice template using the Airy new style.
After that, create an estimate.
Once done, create multiple invoices from the estimate. For the detailed steps, go to this article and proceed to Step 4: Set up and send progress invoices.
Additionally, if you have recurring transactions, like recurring invoices, you can create a template for them. You can read through this guide for more information: Create Recurring Transactions. It also has additional resources that I'm sure you'll find helpful with regards to editing your templates.
