What kind of issue did you encounter?
I am having similar issues with quickbooks online support. I have called multiple times, spent hours on the phone, and have had my case escalated several times. I have been told I'll receive a call back from the tax department and/or a supervisor... HASN'T HAPPENED!!
This has been going on since October 14th with no resolution or help from management.
We will be filing other complaints elsewhere, but still need to resolve this issue.

For the first time in all our years with QB's the 3Q 941 numbers didn't jive. We've done nothing different. Although all other numbers showing taxes collected and paid ( leaving a zero balance) work out throughout the quarter, the 941 shows a balance of over $5200. Even though it shouldn't be correct, I am still unable to submit the 941 through QBs. It shows an error and says to reconcile before being able to submit.
I have been on the phone numerous times, and for hours, and have been told anything from it's a QBs internal issue to the medicare tax should be different (a rate that hasn't changed in forever!). I have been told I'd receive a call many times but no one calls. When I call back I have to spend a lot of time doing the same Q&A before they tell me someone will call. It's a brutal cycle that's been going on since early October.
Both the IRS and my accountant say that this needs to be fixed with QBs, not only to be able to get correct numbers for the 3Q, but also before we have to submit the 4Q.
We have been customers for years and the customer service we are receiving is UNACCEPTABLE!

I have been attempting to get help in reference to a W-2 for the last two days.
I spoke with the previous employer and they said they couldn't do anything. That all W-2s were handled and sent from Quickbook's headquarters. So In an attempt to streamline this process I try to contact Quickbooks/Intuit
The first person I called flat out hung up on me after telling me they were a third party and I needed to contact intuit.
I spend hours attempting to chat with people only to have the chat ended before starting or being asked to try something that would push me out of the chat.
In all honesty I'm surprised Quickbooks has lasted this long with that kind of service. I can't access anything from a previous employer through the web portal. It recognizes that there was once a profile with my information. It sends me verification codes to my phone and has my old work email but then gives some error saying it can't find a Quickbooks profile with my information. How can I log in but have no profile?
And I'm not sure if my profile was flagged or what but the last few times I've attempted to speak to someone the chats were just closed. No attempt to chat at all.
Customer service and chat Reps need to be evaluated far more harshly because the service is garbage. That's putting it nicely.

Also have a ridiculously infuriating experience with Intuit....not sure if anyone has had anything similar or if and how you lodged a formal, legal complaint? We use QB desktop for day to day business and also their CC processing. I ran a customer's card for a large amount Jan 21st and QB is still withholding the funds for further 'review'. A legal, approved transaction. I have tried chatting, trying to find an actual live human to speak with etc for 2 weeks....to no avail. Each time I am either promised that funds will hit within 24 hours, or then told it needs further review. I cannot get anywhere. Everything is chat based and no one calls back after guaranteeing such. The next step I think will need to be legal action. Has anyone lodged a formal complaint legally, experienced anything similar, etc?
Have similar experience and vexed up with their monthly correspondence. All quickbooks is making sure is that we keep the account open so that they could charge the customer monthly. If there is a legal option you are considering, I would join as I have a very good case.
For the last several weeks Intuit QB has had posession of 75K of my money and is refusing to release the funds claiming its actually held at Green Dot Bank and they cannot help with the technical issues preventing the linkage between my bank and quickbooks. QB cash has accumulated the money while I have been unable to access any of it. I have recently discovered that Green Dot often has these problems, withholding funds and refusing to allow access.
They will NEVER help you. Take your money and run.

Intuit is a complete horrid organization that should be sued. seriously. I have been trying to fix a file all day - but hey, they just paid another horrific annual fee for desktop so why should intuit care??? When can I fire these assholes???? as soon as I find another accounting software company, that's when... I am so looking forward to that day!!!! Celebrate! the end of intuit f-*** ***
