How do I manually run paychecks

Since your auto paycheck is unavailable, you can still pay your employees by running a payroll manually. Here are the detailed steps for your guidance:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Click Run Payroll.
   
   
    
3. Select your desired pay schedule, then click Continue.
   
   
    
4. Choose the Pay period and Pay date.
5. Select the employees you'd like to pay.
6. Click the ⋮ icon in the Action column, then hit Edit Paycheck to enter your pay details. You can enter hours, compensation, memos, or any other paycheck info as necessary. If you use QuickBooks Time, select Review Approved Time.
7. Select Preview payroll.
   
   
    
8. Review and select the Bank account to track this payroll transaction.
9. Select Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
   
   
    
10. Once done, click Close.
