It's true, there is no BILL print option in QBO at this time.
The only option I can think of is to use the print menu directly from your browser. But it's not the same as part of the QBO print feature.
The other option is to print the Transaction Journal report from the Bill form. Open the Bill you want to print, click MORE at the bottom and select Transaction Journal. It will give you how you categorize the Bill.
Currently, printing a bill is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you'll want to run and customize the Transactions List by Vendor report to access the bills of your vendors.
For more information on how to customize your report, please check this article: Customize Your Reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'll also pass this along to our product team to let them know your business needs.
You'll want to match and categorize your bank transaction in QBO: Download, Match, and Categorize Your Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Is anyone looking into this? Such a simple feature and critical. Either create a print stylesheet so we can print from a browser properly formatted, or introduce a print feature into the drop down menu on an actual bill. This is not a "bonus" feature, this is very basic functionality.
Upvoting this. Please make an option. Having to do double work to enter a bill in QBO and then create a document for our records with the attached invoice that I can then print. You should be able to print everything directly from QBO including attachments to the bill.
Adding to this conversation. EVER EEEEE THING, let me rephrase, all of MY data should be printable and or downloadable. Not being able to pull it out of Online is almost like Data Hijacking. Is there an agreement that I signed that said you now own my data? If that is the case I will be backing out of Online immediately.
March 20 2021 and we still can't print an invoice straight after you have made the invoice from the online version of QuicBooks. An extra step is necessary to print your so needed invoice. Going back to the APP I guess.
Hi Maria. I'd just like to point out how manipulative a pattern this is. It's obviously contrived by your B-grade product team in an effort to funnel your users into your payment funnel. This cements my impression: Intuit products are legacy garbage.
