You can print a customer statement either from the customer's profile or from the create button. Let me guide you how.
To print a statement from the create button:
- Go to +New.
- Under Other, select Statement.
- Choose a Statement Type, Statement Date, Customer Balance Status, Start and End Date.
- Hit Apply. Mark a Recipients (customer name).
- Click Print or Preview at the bottom.
- A PDF file will open, tick Print.
To print from the customer's profile:
- Go to Sales, and then Customers.
- Click the customer's name, then click the drop-down under the Action.
- Select Create Statement.
- A window will open, you can follow the above steps 3-6 to print.
